DerbyTicketsInc.com’s liability shall be limited to the direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by DerbyTicketsInc.com from the customer. DerbyTicketsInc.com will not be liable for any other damages resulting directly or indirectly from the information provided or the transactions that follow.

All sales are final. Any cancellation by the customer after the order is confirmed will require approval by DerbyTicketsInc.com and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. if the customer order has not been confirmed, it may be canceled by DerbyTicketsInc.com at any time without penalty. If the customer order has not been confirmed, it may be canceled at any time for any reason with charges refunded 100% in full.

DerbyTicketsInc.com reserves the right to cancel an order if tickets are no longer available at the price advertised. If a customer’s exact order for certain tickets cannot be filled after confirmation, DerbyTicketsInc.com may refund the customer’s money 100% in full or offer an upgrade of the original order.

In most cases, selling price will exceed the printed price on the ticket as these tickets are procured on the open market from secondary sources. Prices will reflect the high market demand, availability, and difficulty in obtaining. Fluctuation of ticket prices after the order is confirmed will not affect the customer’s cost. DerbyTicketsInc.com is dedicated to providing the exact customer order or better at the price quoted.

DerbyTicketsInc.com can not be held liable for any loss due to natural causes such as natural disasters due to weather, structural damage, cancellation or postponement of event due to event organizer, any acts of god, and any issues beyond DerbyTicketsInc.com control. This includes any cost on tickets, transportation, packages, hotels, parties, or any services provided. No refunds can be guaranteed under the circumstances listed.

If the event is postponed, as long as the tickets are valid for the rescheduled date, even if the box office offers additional options, Derby Tickets, Inc will be unable to refund the customer.

Some tickets are not obtainable until very near the actual event date. DerbyTicketsInc.com will attempt to ship orders two weeks in advance, but due to availability, in a small number of cases, this may become one week or less. Therefore, there is no guarantee of the delivery date, but DerbyTicketsInc.com will strive to meet the two week advanced delivery schedule. Should late delivery become a problem for the customer, DerbyTicketsInc.com will arrange for local pick-up at derby tickets expense and the customer’s convenience.

All deliveries are shipped by FedEx, or as otherwise agreed to between DerbyTicketsInc.com and the customer. Once delivered to the customer’s address, DerbyTicketsInc.com relinquishes any responsibility for the shipment. Customers are directed to open their shipment immediately and verify that they are satisfied with the contents. DerbyTicketsInc.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Customers have the responsibility to read and understand what is included and what is not included in the order they place. DerbyTicketsInc.com is not responsible for amenities the customer expected, but were not in the agreement.

DerbyTicketsInc.com accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is due upon placement of the order.
