The First Floor Grandstand is all reserved bench-style bleacher seating. Section 128 is very nice as it is right by the starting gate and at track level, which is very exciting. Rows A to J are the first 10 rows in these sections. Being in the first ten rows minimizes your obstruction so your view of the horses and track is great.
