The Omni Hotel Kentucky Derby Package in section 316 and 317 are considered by most people to be the best area of the third flood clubhouse, as it is right before or on the finish line. This area is almost all 6 seat boxes with folding chair-back seats. The third floor clubhouse is also elevated and in 316 – 317 you have a great view of the horses racing by into Turn 1 and then thundering down the final stretch to the finish line! In addition the third floor has easier access to betting windows, and nicer amenities and concessions than the first floor! If you buy 6 seats here you will be in you own private box!
